I don't deserve any thanks yet.  I'm really sorry for the delay in getting the bits I promised to you.  I've been a bit tied up with a house purchase and have yet to pack them up but they will get to you eventually.  I tried boxing them last week and the box I had was too small.

Found it. Just got to figure out best way to get it to you if it's not too far gone for you.   Needs a couple of tuners and probably some wiring sorted. Nothing happens when you plug it in.
