Before meeting up he was prompt and courteous with his messages, and extremely helpful, answering all the annoying questions I had to ask. Upon meeting he was friendly and welcoming, and he is a man who obviously cares very much about music. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and would do again in a flash. What a hero! When I got there, he was very friendly and helpful. The bass itself was as described, very lovely, and as of about 7:45 last night, mine. Thanks Steve.
