isteen
I have a mexican fretless jazz I would like to trade to "something else". A guy offered med a BTB575, a model I know nothing about - and I can't see any info om the internet. How are the two compared if we compare the price? I already own a Ibanez SR, and I like that bass - but I don't know the BTB series. Any help in here? Hellzero
The BTB 575 is an old model from around 2010 that has been quickly replaced by the BTB 675. If there's an N in the denomination, it's certainly an NTF model, which simply means a natural finish. https://thebassgallery.com/products/ibanez-btb-575-mfm https://www.musicstore.com/en_OT/EUR/Ibanez-BTB-675-NTF-Natural-Flat/art-BAS0003145-000 2009 Ibanez Catalogue, BTB series : Edited October 7, 2021 by Hellzero Catalogue and links added
isteen
Okay, thank you. No NTF here, so maybe I should just hold on to my fretless Fender

tauzero
How many strings do you want? And you might want to check the scale length if it's likely to affect you, I suspect that the Ibanez is 889mm/35" not 864.
