fretmeister Posted June 9, 2022 Author Posted June 9, 2022 Just now, Sparky Mark said: Markbass' out of warranty repairs have never been particularly straightforward in the UK. You can bank on a repair costing at least £200, maybe more in these inflationary times? In the UK, the only manufacturer that I would go with if repair support was my main consideration would be Ashdown; but their products are nothing like Markbass IME. (Just as good but different). I'm using an RM800 Evo2 at the moment and it's very good, but before that I mainly used Mark Bass and I really like them. I suppose I could buy from Thomann and have the 3 year warranty. Quote
fretmeister Posted June 15, 2022 Author Posted June 15, 2022 Well, after a bit of a moan & cancellation Bass Direct managed to get one. Currently "Out for delivery" Should be here before lunch so I might get to play with it for half an hour as I'm working at home. Fingers crossed and all that. 1 Quote
Musicman20 Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Yeah the BD website needs a HUGE overhaul. They have so much gear and we just want to know what is in! The photos are great but it needs a lot of work. 1 Quote
