bubinga5 Posted October 16, 2021 Posted October 16, 2021 I look back on pictures and sound samples of this Lakland. I can't remember who I let it go to and I cant find the previous messages.. but if you see this and want to sell it back please let me know. 3 Quote
bigthumb Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 I can fully understand why you'd want this back! That is stunning. Quote
Mrbigstuff Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 You’ve sure had some great basses. I love the look of the Atelier Z you’re currently selling, looks really classy in black. Quote
Mokl Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Beware rose-tinted spectacles! I get wistful for basses I've parted with from time to time, but generally there's been a good reason for moving them on. Some have been truly incredible instruments that just didn't quite work for me. That looks pretty fantastic though, maple board too - exactly what I'd want. 2 Quote

AndyTravis Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Wouldn’t mind a run at one of these. I think I’m missing out. This as a 4 would be belting for me. Quote

Yould buy a few, get one of them refinished, sell them and end up playing a Yamaha BB Ild lend you my 5 string for a bit if you were closer Edited October 17, 2021 by LukeFRC 2 Quote

khazol Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 I had taken this Lakland and I also let it go. Which I am also regretting now;) It is in Netherlands. Very beautiful bass. Quote
ebenezer Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I wish I hadn't sold my wal 5 string!.... truth be told, it wasn't my thing, but you know what I mean...we do these things! Quote
SurroundedByManatees Posted November 7, 2021 Posted November 7, 2021 There is a red one for sale on reverb at the moment (Italy based). Quote

Sibob Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 I just don't get on with Cherry burst finishes at all, but it's a stunner, put it in tobacco sunburst or a metallic 'custom' colour, and you have me! Seriously considering a US Lakland 55-94 custom (with a couple of Sibob personal touches), but need to sell the 55-02 first. Si Quote
