I bought a cheap acoustic guitar  from there last year, returned once because of a fault, the replacement had the action as high a Mount Everest, at that point I gave up and asked for my money back, no problems at all

Online, I bought a multieffects unit from them. It was dead on arrival. Their online customer service moves very slowly, so I returned it in person and zero attempt was made to exchange rather than refund.

Just bought a Behringer lighting desk from them. It turned up on time today but it looks like an ex-display unit as the rack ears were fitted, there was no internal packaging and the mains cable and manual were missing.

 

If I didn't need it for a gig on Saturday, I'd have already sent it back. Not overly impressed.

Their customer service has a good rep.  Our new PA was missing a few leads, so we contacted them and there was no hassle - just profuse apologies and new leads by 24 hour courier the next day.
