Hi There.

I've got a Glockenklang Quattro 4 Ohms (with tweeter) that I suspect has been rewired to 16 Ohms. Reading on my multimeter is 11.7 ohms (200 setting on multimeter).

I also managed to make this crappy pick inside from the backplate.

As there are wires between te speakers, I suspect it indeed has been rewired? It would make sense though given the head I got the cab with.

Thanks :)

The visible junction indicates series wiring so the DCR fits with a simple wiring swap to a series pair of 8 ohm drivers. Quattro implies 4 drivers. Buggered if I know what's going on.

A quick Google reveals that it's a 4x10 available in 8 and 4 ohm versions, so it's presumably a 4 ohm job rewired so the 4 4 ohm drivers are in series.
