Bass Bros

Not one to do this usually but I purchased a Bacchus last week from Bass Bros and the service I received was top notch. 
 

The process from start to finish was first class and Will even got in touch with me to ask what strings I would like when restringing and doing a set-up. 
 

I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

I had an email exchange with them a couple of months back about a bass they were advertising. I didn't buy it in the end but was very impressed with their responses to me. Emailed me back at 11pm! Would certainly contact them again if I see something suitable.

I bought a Fretless Jazz from them earlier this year and found the whole experience excellent. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Good to hear the positive reviews. I have seen a few nice basses they have advertised on Reverb and Ebay. Good to know that they are a good outfit.

Purchased a bass off Will today at Bass Bros, the service was fantastic.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy there again,

+1 from me. Good comms and friendly chat. You will find their stuff on eBay and Reverb marked up significantly, I believe this is to direct people to their main website for the 'real price' to avoid the preposterous fees on those platforms.

Not heard of them,  but i had superb service from Wunjo, who could not have been more helpful.   I would always buy from them again, avoiding at least one atrocious bass seller from the past

It's been there quite a while. I've noticed cheaper instrument don't sell as quickly there as the expensive ones. I sold 2 with them under £200, both were going for that or more on eBay and it took about 6 weeks.

i second the customer service. they had a fender 89 pb-62 MIJ reissue which i was interested in. Extremely helpful. sadly my indecisiveness lost me the bass. I have now bookmarked the site so when they get a 80's pb-62 with us pick up and electronics ill purchase.

Heading over tomorrow to complete a trade.  I watch so many bass bits over so many sites i completely got my locations mixed up.  Thought it was in Leeds which is probably a 45min drive, turns out its Warwick which is about 2hrs 30   Oh well, new toy incoming.  Comms have been excellent so far

I bought something extremely special beginning with A from them a few weeks ago (NBD thread imminent). Will's a great bloke to deal with, very fair, friendly and up front, and he gave me a great part-ex offer on my Rickenbacker.

They're opening a shop soon, and if this level of service carries on I reckon Bass Direct could have some real competition.

I've found them to be very good.  Some of my basses were sold through Bass Bros and a few more are f/s.  More will follow for sure.

And here she is…..effortlessly smooth transaction with Will. Well wort the longer than expected journey 🤣. Will give the amp a thread of its own shortly
