Spector Performer 4

Hi guys. I have opportunity to buy this bass for 200 euros. What do you think about it and does it worth 200 euros? It has EMG SSD pickups and it is old about 15 years and seller thinks that it is manufactured in Malaysia

I had one not long after I started playing.

nice bass and the pickups were good.

The price is excellent.

I have the five string version. 

 

I've also owned "the real thing" and I can honestly say that the Performer range is as playable as the US models. As entry models they are very respectable and for £200 I think that you're doing alright.

I've got a Spector Performer 4 and I love it, I did change the pickups as I wasn't a fan of the EMG SSD's.  It's super comfortable to play and it's so well balanced.

 

Mine was made in Czechoslovakia.

If it was made in Czech Republic it won't be a Performer 4.
