Is this regarded as royalty free music, so you exempt yourself from PRS and PPL earnings once the track is in use? 13quid seems very, very cheap for a track. I have Pond5 handle my publishing too just in case they get used on Tv (unlikely as most of the stuff seems to be bought for YouTube videos or corporate presentations by businesses).
