It's lived a clean life on my pedal board for a few years and is only up for sale as I'm replacing a few pedals with one new multi effects pedal. As you can see from the pics it's in excellent condition and has been well looked after. I no longer have the box unfortunately but it will be well packed for shipping. It has separate clean and driven channel volume controls as well as EQ controls so is really flexible.
