Maruszczyk Strings?

Has anyone used them? Noticed bass direct had their flats in at £22 a set, thought they could be worth a punt...?

I’ve had their nickel rounds and really enjoyed them. Very reasonably priced, good feel, good tone. Zero complaints from me! I’ve been curious to try their flats for a while actually.

I use their nickel rounds on my Jake 5, because that's what it came with, it sounded good, and there aren't many strings in the same gauges that I'm keen on (125-45, evenly spread). I like the feel and sound, and they last ok too.

A mixed review then! I'm usually quite picky with my strings but it's an expensive month and I want a full setup doing on the bass so plumped for a set of these. They won't be on my main bass so hoping I get good longevity from them. I've done quite well with "value" strings recently so fingers crossed the Maruszczyk flats sound good on a Jack Casady that gets used infrequently
