I have 6 sets of unused double ball strings (for headless bass) by Newtone Strings UK.

These are left over from a batch I had when I was playing an ACG headless bass. Bright, playable with decent lasting reliability and priced competitively in the market.

Check the length of your strings before purchase please.

Compare to minimum length of your tuning mechanism to see if there is enough remaining adjusting for proper tuning.

Note: If too long (medium/short scale instruments) you can still use these if you are prepared to clamp and cut the excess string (if your instrument has this feature). I did on other instruments with no issues.

I also have a used set of Status flat wounds that came with a new instrument and immediately removed, that I’ll chuck in for a £5. (Great for Fretless or Motown kind of grooves).

For whoever wants I’ll chuck in an unused Rotosound high ’C’ for free.
