Hagstrom Swede or Ibanez AGB 200. Which one would you choose?

I have been considering a "retro" bass like these ones for a while and I think the time has come.

I am lefthanded and want an affordable short or medium scale so not too many options.

Which of these ones would you choose and why?

Right now I could get the Ibanez second hand but the Hagstrom has to be new, so the price would be double, although that has not to be decisive.

I assume it’s a semi your after and short scale. Have you looked at the Guild, there’s a thread on here, reasonable price ,retro looks and decent price.

Guild is a good shout but I do like the Hagstrom Viking bass. I know a few players on here will also vouch for Epiphone Jack Cassady too but scale length and handedness may be undesirable (unsure whether they make a lefty)

I have one of the new Guilds and really can't recommend them highly enough. Build quality is top notch and they sound ace. They come in left handed too:
