I am confused. I play weather with you as per the original. But he actually complimented my take on Don't Dream It's Over which we play down a few semitones making it hard to do as per original.

I'm sure the exact harmony choices are less important than the way it crisscrosses phase with the rhythms and melody playing it's own little tune all the while.
