ambient Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 (edited) I’m looking for a padded dust cover, to put over my pedalboard when I’m not using it. Does anyone know where you can get such a thing please? Edited December 5, 2021 by ambient Quote
jimbobothy Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 (edited) … you could probably ask the company Roqsolid to make you a custom one. I know they make custom cab covers etc https://www.amplifiercoversonline.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=index Edited December 5, 2021 by jimbobothy 1 Quote
ped Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 I’d get a transparent acrylic cover vacuum formed over the finished board 😂 1 Quote

I’ve got something like that for my Ableton Push, that was made by the people who built the Push though. Quote

My parents live in Witney where they make police helmets using vacuum forming so maybe they’d let you use their machine. Some schools have them too (my secondary did). Quote
lee650 Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 Something like that would also be handy, for putting over your board at gigs, while you're offstage. Might help protect it, from errant pints. Great idea 😁 2 Quote

Is there a line of Police recruits at the door waiting for a new helmet to be suction molded to their heads, like milk bottles on a conveyor belt waiting for their shiny gold tops? The imagery! In all seriousness, sounds like a great idea to cover the board for travel and to protect from bridesmaids swinging drinks around at weddings. 3 Quote

At a gig, I don't have anything to cover it but, so far, things have been okay there. Quote

It’s a lovely town - I always like going back and complaining about how it’s changed! 1 Quote
ped Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 Basschat was officially born at Henry Box School on Church Green. I believe there’s a blue plaque now 😂 1 Quote
jimbobothy Posted December 8, 2021 Posted December 8, 2021 … I used to live there as well many many moons ago. Was only a nipper so only have faint memories, nice ones though 🙂👍🏼 1 Quote
