Dazed Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 (edited) 1995 Warwick Streamer Stage 1 Broadneck Fretless in Nirvana Black. Custom built for Musik Produktiv in Germany in the 90’s. Lined fretless ebony fingerboard. Everything as it left the factory. Brass Just-A-Nut 1, Bartolini Humbuckers, 18v MEC preamp. Weight 4.8 kg. Excellent condition. The only marks I can see are on the last pics near the jack socket where some of the lacquer has come away. Can ship (discuss via PM) or happy to meet. Open to cheeky offers, please message. Looking at Warwicks current online pricelist a Masterbuilt version currently would be €7.279,00 !! So this is quite a saving..... Thanks. Edited August 29, 2023 by Dazed 15 Quote
Dazed Posted December 6, 2021 Author Posted December 6, 2021 Forgot to mention I have the strap locks to go with this. Quote
dyerseve Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Incredible bass! I love mine! You are a little off on the current retail price though - you need to add 950€ for the 5 string broadneck option, then 610€ for the (what I assume are)passive Barts! So that's a rather horrifying 8839,00€ retail - which makes your price seem even more of a bargain!!! GLWYS 2 Quote
Dazed Posted December 8, 2021 Author Posted December 8, 2021 Thanks for that @dyerseve you are correct, they are passive Bartolini's and these are incredible basses! 1 Quote

Dazed Posted December 21, 2021 Author Posted December 21, 2021 Not many of this era Warwick around. Quote
dutchwife Posted December 28, 2021 Posted December 28, 2021 Lovely looking bass there D, super good price too. Unfortunately, shipping to Osaka would put a big bump on the price, otherwise it'd already be on its way here. Dazed Posted December 29, 2021 Author Posted December 29, 2021 (edited) Thanks @dutchwife I am open to negotiation on the price. I’d love to take a look around some of the large dealers in Japan, they always appear to have a huge variety of stuff that isn’t seen over here. Edited January 3, 2022 by Dazed Quote
Dazed Posted January 5, 2022 Author Posted January 5, 2022 (edited) May consider trades for something unusual- headless or 5 & 6 strings. Drop me a PM. Edited January 5, 2022 by Dazed Quote

Kev Posted April 12, 2022 Posted April 12, 2022 (edited) Unusual one, do you know what it is made of, wood wise? Certainly isn't the standard flamed maple bodywood from the looks of it. Looks like Ash to me? And that neck doesn't look like maple either? Edited April 12, 2022 by Kev Quote
Dazed Posted April 16, 2022 Author Posted April 16, 2022 (edited) It isn’t a run of the mill standard Stage1, which are hardly common to start with. It was a custom order. Body is 2 pieces of solid Ash. Neck is Maple and has the early flat Broadneck profile, not the chunkier later one. Ebony fingerboard. Details confirmed by Mr Wilfer at Warwick. Dazed Posted April 20, 2022 Author Posted April 20, 2022 (edited) I’ll be honest, I’m surprised I still have this. Its a great sounding versatile high quality instrument. As has been suggested to me, it could be modded and frets installed if you’re not a fretless fan. I can’t keep it. Make an offer. Edited April 20, 2022 by Dazed Quote

Even the neck joint isn't standard - normally on NT wicks the fretboard end slopes gently into the neck then into the body. As for the neck profile, it's a dream! Even though it's a broadneck, the shallow profile makes it so easy to play Even for ham-fisted individuals like me! 2 Quote
