US P neck help

Morning all, I’m looking at a bitsa P with a American neck, does this all look legit? Help would be appreciated, would it be a hex truss adjustment at the heel?

It looks ok to me. My 2005 MIA p bass with Z51… serial number has a hex truss rod adjustment nut.

Would def be hex nut at the heel. Looks like some other tuners have been put on there at some point, the stock tuner holes are the two larger ones to the right of each big hole where the tuning peg itself goes through.

Yes, I think they’re locating lug holes rather than screw holes. If the original tuners were like mine they don’t have screws.
