TheGreek Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 I haven't picked up a bass since getting the puppy but today I picked up my Yamaha TRB 511 F - I only got it a few days before I got the puppy and today was first time I've noticed that the markers are NOT on the lines. Is there a product which I can use to illuminate the lines without cutting into the lines/fretboard? Quote
tauzero Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 That's something that annoys me about lined fretlesses. If you just want stick-on fret markers, searching for "fret marker" on That Ebay will find you lots. For glow-in-the-dark ones, either look for Fretlord Glow Dotz (looks like that would be from the USA) or search for "glow in the dark" on That Ebay, buy some stickers, and cut them up to your requirements. Jean-Luc Pickguard Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 There's a chap whi sells on ebay who can add something he calls 'braille dots' 1 1 Quote
Thunderbird Posted December 18, 2021 Posted December 18, 2021 Could you not get @Andyjr1515to put you some luminary side dot markers on Quote
Andyjr1515 Posted December 18, 2021 Posted December 18, 2021 The stick on glow in the dark ones work pretty well. Not so great for gigging because with heavy use they can start moving out of position, but for practice, etc, they work fine Quote
TheGreek Posted December 18, 2021 Author Posted December 18, 2021 That's what I've done for now but it isn't very attractive.... Quote
