I understand that the Ultrawave needs to be edited directly to the computer and not via the neuro hub.

Can someone explain the workflow to get the edited sound into a scene on the hub?

Basically create a preset and make sure that is loaded at the point you save a scene. I believe some changes are still saved (such as those edited from the pedal knobs) but there are too many parameters in the pedal for the hub to handle so it just recalls the internal preset instead.

So save it to one of the first six presets?

Whichever of the 128 presets you want. You obviously need a MIDI switcher to use the neuro hub properly.
