Bass OD/Fuzz Incoming

Just ordered one of these.

 

Kind of on a whim, kind of because I fancied a bass specific OD. 

One of my favourite bands are High/Low from the same part of the world that these are made and they use Raygun effects. As they've always made a righteous noise I thought why not.

I do like a bass drive which doesn't play into the whole "all bass distortion needs a clean blend" trope.

Not familiar with the brand, look to be very reasonably priced. Look forward to a review

The blowerbox idiotbox certainly doesn’t need a clean blend, neither does the coloursound bass fuzz.

 

they ain’t cheap though!

I know there is a guitar version which predates this, but more than that I cannot say

I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this pedal when you've had a go.  £65 for a handmade analogue pedal, that really isn't bad at all.
