Is this a Fender Jazz Pup? What year?

I've had this jazz bass bridge PUP in my bits box since I got it to use in a P-J config in about 1990 ..
It was rewound then but it was not new so
Can anyone id it for me?
Is it a Fender one and any idea what age - do the numbers mean anything?
