Build me a 4 string, 32" headless bass

As you live in Berlin, go by the Dobbratz brothers owning Le Fay, they will make what you're looking for.

 

Check their RHT (Right Hand Tuning) system for a headless approach, but with a headstock without tuners...

 

They also make real headless basses.

 

That said, the locking jack is a very bad idea as it's a real pain in the *ss for many reasons.

 

A Status King Bass looks like another great option for you too.

I should mention that I'm hoping to stay within €2500, perhaps with a maker from east Europe. I'm quite sure that the makers you've mentioned would go more towards €4000, correct me if I'm wrong.

Made to measure instruments are expensive, so yes your price estimation is correct.

Unfortunately I don't have a great experience with this brand 🤷🏻‍♂️

Get an Ibanez Mezzo for £200, then send it to Feline Guitars to have the headstock removed, and get it modified as you want.

Thanks, but this thing is so ugly (to my taste) I can't even start with it 🤣
