Phill
Just took ownership of this lovely bass. Sounds like a classic Stingray but with the extra string! Little bit heavy, but manageable for me. Been after one for a while & got offered one from a private stock in January 2022 Got a session coming up on Thursday so I'm going to take it along p.s. It matches my fretless 4 perfectly! Edited January 25, 2022 by Phill
Old Horse Murphy
Very nice. I do like a natural Stingray with a black pickguard

NickA
That fretless is rather nice too 🙂 Natural stingrays = my favourite kind.

It's a special one I do like the sunburst type ones but the natural is perfect
Musicman20
I bought the exact same model of bass in that finish when they were still manufacturing them, and to this day it is STILL the best bass guitar I have ever played. Sound, feel, quality - it is perfection. I hope I never have to part with it. It also looks absolutely stunning. Great bass!

Guest
I’ve nearly bought a classic 5 a few times but haven’t, mainly because I play mainly seated and the lack of a forearm contour puts me off. Some of those pastel finishes like coral and mint are just lush but oh so rare over here…
