Checked the serial number at Ernie Ball tonight and it's come back as Blue Pearl. Not only that, it dates to the 10th Oct 1996! Lovely basses indeed. GLWTS

Never seen a Sterling with a Flea bridge-there can't be that many of them around. If I didn't have two MusicMans (MusicMen?) I'd be all over it like a randy shower curtain. GLWTS! 1

EB bridges went through a few designs until they perfected it in 1992 ish - the improvements meant that the strings wouldn't pop out of the saddles even when being leathered by Flea.
