Same for me too.

With posting I refresh the page after hitting submit and it's ok, otherwise it takes way too long.

No notifications for me either. I wonder if it is linked to the server running out of space?

I've also had two posts stall on the "saving" stage and although they have appeared in the thread, neither have turned up in my list of posts and reactions in my user profile.

Sorry - I hadn't seen this, seemed to lack a notification!

Are people saying that there are no notifications, or that some are missing.

If you have no notifications at all, what theme are you using?

I'm running the dark theme and get no notifications.

I seem to be getting notifications of reactions to posts but nothing else. Even then, I’m not sure if it’s all reactions or just some.

I'm using dark theme and I'm only getting sporadic notifications - only about reactions or quotes but never about simple replies to watched threads.  As mentioned by @Velarian I dunno if I got notified of every reaction/quote so I don't know how much of a pattern it is.

Yes, I’m getting quote notifications too, and mentions as well. So, reactions, quotes and mentions seem to get notified but where a thread is being followed either by posting a response or explicitly following it, those are not being notified.
