Taking an age for comments to upload.

I’ve noticed over the past couple of days that when I reply to a posting, I’m having to wait 30 or 40 seconds while my reply ‘saves’. Then the page refreshes and my comment appears.

 

I just replied to a post, and had time to make coffee and put the washing machine on while waiting for it to upload.

There’s a few threads on it , I think it’s a temporary problem with the server 👍

My last post I navigated away and it showed on the home page being the most recent post in that forum.

Yes, it is a temporary problem caused by the fact we haven't worked out how to fix it yet

Something to do with the last upgrade but no idea what yet.

Have you tried switching it off and back on? If that doesn’t work then a good kick might.

Give it a couple of seconds whirring, then refresh the page. Works for me.

I’m guessing the fault lies in the thing that pixelates the typing.

I think the flange on the discombobulater has been incorrectly fitted perpendicular to the rotation of washer on the shaft.

Not correct - i think the giggle pin has fallen out of the larf shaft causing the twin back sprocket to spin freely

I copped one a few days ago.

 

Yesterday someone complained of theirs with the words  oops ''double post'' so should be easy to find.
