Does anyone use a Roland go mixer Pro with effects pedals.

Ive got a Go Mixer Pro. Trying to use it with a Zoom B1 four on the looper through the Roland. Can I hear the bass on playback,, erm very little. Any ideas.?  I was thinking the preamp isn't powerful enough on the Roland. I really don't get it.

 

The thing is it records fine when not using the looper.
