Shes a Vintage V940 from Cheltenham. Long black stings. Defretted and in desperate need of some new electrickery

Mmmm more sexual than a fender (in my opinion).

The bridge cover certainly isn't something I'd expect to see on the V940..

i tried to sand it off but it doesnt seem to budge and im worried about sanding a large groove in it
