nilorius Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 (edited) About 19 years ago, i was ordered to go to some music instrument and stuff exhibition. I suddenly saw it and couldn't walk away. I did't even knew a brand that made it, but it looked perfect for me and then we talked over the details about it and i bought it. Here it is - Italian hand made - D'alessandro 5 string fretted nechthrough. Edited May 2, 2022 by nilorius Quote

I arrived with a Warwick, a stingray and as I left I picked up my Hohner B2A as a “just in case” - the engineer/producer said “try that funny 80’s thing” and we used it on 9 more tracks - he couldn’t believe the noise out of it. Sold it years ago. Keep on meaning to get another. Quote
miles'tone Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 (edited) Yep. My new bass for life for now ☺ It looked as worn out as I am and it was love at first sight. Edited May 2, 2022 by miles'tone 4 Quote

meterman Posted May 3, 2022 Posted May 3, 2022 I bought this 1/2 size kids P bass from a charity shop pretty much because I liked the colour. Also it was less than £5 which might have swayed me... I’m fully aware that these things are regarded as trash but still use it now, it actually records really well. 3 Quote
PaulThePlug Posted May 3, 2022 Posted May 3, 2022 (edited) ^ Luverly corner noodler.... I wouldn't of been able to say no either... Elfin £90ish. Orange stripe down the middle, from neck to bridge... Gulf GT40 colours... Go great with the STP sticker! Edited May 3, 2022 by PaulThePlug Quote
