foya Posted March 31, 2022 Posted March 31, 2022 (edited) Due to lack of space in the house, I find myself forced to sacrifice some instruments. it is a precision that I made a few years ago with very high quality components. The neck is an authentic '59 Fender Custom Shop reissue, rosewood fingerboard, very expensive an as well hard to find aftermarket. Gotoh tuners, and hardware, Fender Custom Shop pickups took from a '59 reissue. The body was made by a very skilled Italian luthier who perfectly replicates the nitro with aztec gold light relic painting, light cracks. (Docwood Guitars) the wood is very light and resonant alder. the instrument is a perfect replica of a custom shop Precision that I had seen in limited edition, it sounds very good and aesthetically in my opinion it is gorgeous and practically impossible not to mistake it for a real Fender custom shop. in the photos the color of the bass it seems to be more "yellowed"... while in live the color tends much more to dark gold the bass comes without the Detuner Edited April 7, 2022 by foya SOLD 2
