It's a kind of sickness I know. But once I find a couple of nice pedals, I inevitably move towards getting as many as possible in the series.

The Joyo Ironman range has never disappointed, which makes resisting a keenly priced example even harder.

This sexy little black number claims to be an amp sim, but a simulation of what amp I couldn't say. I can however confirm it is a lovely, gnarly distortion, with a wide variety of overdrives, very similar to the larger California Sound.

And yes, it's good with a bass thorough it.
