This is a great sounding preamp/DI with a really nice headphone amp built in. It also has a distortion channel, switchable IR cab sims and is fully programmable via the Nux software. 

 

It's in great condition and comes with the box and instructions. 

 

I've just updated the firmware to the latest version.

I've often used it as a tool for silent practice and it does the job very well. Importantly it's very quiet in terms of noise which is handy when your wearing headphones! The speaker IR (which can be switched off) really fattens up the sound of your bass too.

Yes it's utilised on the headphone output.

Yes, that's what the toggle switches are for. You can turn the IR on/off for the DI out and the 1/4" out.
