EBS Sounding Dual Channel Amp Quest

Currently have a EBS HD350 but would like a Dual channel option rack mounted solution with similar sound capabilities, I'm not interested in Drive so am looking for Dual clean channels.

 

Any ideas?

Keeping it EBS and rack mount, find an old EBS Classic rack mount preamp (one of these:https://reverb.com/uk/item/46037993-ebs-ebs-1-bass-preamp-classic) and feed it into the FX return of your 350, and use a pedal to switch between the head and the pre.

Anyone else have any alternatives? Not rack mounted but I have also wondered about the EBS Microsbass 3.

Well, i would have said try the microbass 2 or 3 in the same way as I suggested the rack mount pre. Then you'd have 3 channels  including a drive channel. But you said you only wanted rack and no drive. 😁

If you aren't looking at drive, the Stanley Clarke Pre could be a more interesting route to take. I always find myself more drawn to that than the MB3 tbh.

Yes, I had a quick look and came to the same conclusion.

Seems to work nice with electric basses too.
