Spoke wheel or Hex key Truss rods?

I'm starting to make my own necks and been looking at truss rods and can't decide which ones are best to get? 

 

I've seen spoke wheel and hex key nut ones that are the same price but don't know which one to go for? 

 

Whats everyone's opinions on which are best etc?

Gimme a spoke wheel any day if all else is equal. Hex keys get lost. Hex key holes round out in desperation with the wrong key. I reckon a spoke wheel should be almost immune to those issues.

My heart sinks when i see a bass with a hex key TR adjustment... fine if I'm the 1st owner but you just know if it is used then someone will have boogered about and used the incorrect size key.  Never happens with a spoke wheel + you never need to take off scratchplates or even worse, slacken the neck (durrrrh Fender).

Spoke is great - feels like it's easier to get small adjustments too.
