stoatsbrother
Hi - a newb to this forum here. I have an old Westone Thunder II fretless which has electrical issues (needs new pots, 2 new switches and a new socket...) I suppose I should get the old soldering iron out and give it a go myself - but who would you trust your Bass to if you lived near Hastings... (no points for "the tip" )

As a frequent poster on several non-music forums - I am aware of the idea of sticky threads - had looked a few days ago at that one before registering - and guess what? Just checked again - searching on East Sussex in this section of the forum produces no results - and the OP of that thread lists an acoustic guitar luthier (nearly bought a nylon 6 string from him a few years ago) and a manafacturer of beautiful looking guitars and basses... but that is not what I actually asked for...! Anyway I guess that sort of answers my question anyway - and it is off to London I will need to go... 6stringbassist thanks - might be the one I need - although 60 miles away Edited April 12, 2009 by stoatsbrother
