Recording with Cubase LE??

I cant seem to get it to record -
I can see the volume meter moving up and down in the channel box (so I know my inputs are right) but nothing gets recorded...any ideas?

You have to allocate the input bus on each track to let it see the channel of the sound card / mixer, not obvious in the start up book, better described in the full operation manual.
