Purchased in 2019, brand new. Hardly used since original purchase. A few minor marks as shown in photos but otherwise good as new. Comes with a high quality gig bag (as shown). So I've measured the weight of this instrument and it is in fact approximately 4 kg

That is the heaviest bass I have seen if 6,5 kgs is correct.

I think it probably weighs around 4.1kg.
