ossyrocks Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I briefly mulled over selling my Elf this week as I have just bought another small Class D head. But the Elf is just so handy to carry as a spare, takes up very little room in the kit bag, and I wouldn't realise very much cash for it. It just makes more sense to keep it. I also tried the new small class D head through the Elf 2x8 to see what that was like, and it really is a very capable cab. So that's now my new tiny rig, with the Elf head as backup, when I just don't need to schlep the big rig. Rob 1 Quote
MacDaddy Posted April 19 Posted April 19 I posted this pic in the How was your Rehearsal thread. The eagle eyed among you may spot the Elf next to my TecAmp Puma. I took it as backup, as I will when I gig, because this was the first time I'd been able to hear it at louder than bedroom levels. I could have used it for the whole rehearsal/vid shoot, and I've no doubt it can handle a proper gig with my 2 guitar lineup band if it goes through my modified Tech Soundsytems 2x12. 3 Quote
