Has anyone used a Ampeg PF-350 Portaflex through a Barefaced ONE10t?

I've got a Hotone Thunder Bass head (5W!!!) into a One10.

That tiny Hotone sounds just like a proper SVT. It's quite remarkable. I see no reason why the Ampeg wouldn't be a good choice.

I used to use a PF350 through a One10, then two One10s, now one Two10.  I like it!  The tweeter would have been useful in our new rehearsal space last week, as I was having trouble distinguishing pitch (must have been in a null or something).

I have the ONE10t, so I think the tweeter will help, I will only be using it in rehearsals, our drummer is a medium hitter and we rehearse in a little village hall, so we are not competing with mega loud bands in adjoining rooms, do you think the ONE10 will be ok?

Should be fine - I regularly gigged mine (but we did have decent PA support).  I got the 2nd when I started playing with Marshall-equipped GnR-fan guitarists, playing without decent PA.

2 made such a cute mini-stack, and I had the option of using just 1 for jams & rehearsals.

To be honest, I got my ONE10 for home use mainly, and its perfect because it fits nicely right next to where I sit in a corner, so no one even knows it's there.

For gigs, I've got a Barefaced Super Twin paired with either a Genz Benz Shuttle 9.2 or an incoming Fender Rumble 800 head, but it just seems a bit overkill for rehearsals in a village hall, and I don't really want to use these heads with the ONE10 just in case the noisy guitarists push me too much for volume.

This is why I'm considering the Ampeg PF-350 Portaflex because it should only push out around 250w at 8ohms.

Off topic a tad but the Fender 800/ Barefaced 12s is a great combination.

I often use a One10 with my big band - medium loud drummer, and a load of brass / reeds.

It's fine.

I use a mid heavy precision sort of sound for that. Not massive amounts of lows.

That's what I'm hoping when the Rumble 800 arrives
