Band Names ...and the...

When I struggle to get to sleep I distract myself with an alphabetical puzzle.

At present I'm trying to go A-Z (or A-Z if you're American) with names of musical acts where the name is preceded by a name and the words 'and the'.

Frinstance: A could be Elvis Costello and the Attractions, or Adam and the Ants. B could be Ian Dury and the Blockheads, C might be Kid Creole and the Coconuts.

I'm not making a lot of headway beyond G and thought it might be fun to throw it out as a game everyone can play.

And you'll be helping me get some kip too.
