Unfortunately the little cab had an additional noise that I had not heard during my ownership - needless to say, I was horrified to learn of this. S’manth was incredibly understanding and was determined to seek the source of the noise. During all of our communications she remained extremely friendly (and patient!) and thanks to the great BC community, thankfully, a simple fix was found and I’m delighted to know the cab is now behaving perfectly.
