walshy
Had a nice visit from @Bunion today and somehow I ended up with this trifecta of basses. Not gonna lie, they’re pretty killer 😍 Never had a Wal before but I guess everyone’s fave with be the Modulus 🤟 Edited May 28, 2022 by walshy
ezbass
Nope, the Wal(s) do it for me. 😍
Doctor J
Given the thread title, I was expecting yet another mundane P, J and Stingray effort and was pleasantly surprised to see something very different. Shame on me. An excellent selection, indeed. Very cool. 1
Bunion
Good to see you again Paul. Never thought I’d be without a wal again but they’re too good to be kept in cases. Needs must and the need is Motown and Soul atm. The Grabber might be a little more punk but the Precision was calling 😄 The Bag Ends are set back up and I’m going to get my ‘Duck Dunn’ on

The Wal are both beautiful mate and yeah I agree the both definitely need to be played. The Modulus though, that was never going home with you 😂 Enjoy the P and the Ripper mate, both stupendous basses and with flats obvs. Catch up again soon dude

OliverBlackman
Yeh 100% the modulus wins it
SurroundedByManatees
Nice trio. Those Flea basses are something special indeed. I like the look of that 2 pu Wal too, never played one though. My guess is that Bunion got a very cool 63 P in return... Also lovely🙂

I have the print out receipts for the work. Easily reversed should someone want but I think they’re better this way around.

FWIW, I think they’re better the way the necks are currently fitted.

I’m in full agreement of they way they are now, been playing the fretted almost all day, sublime! Hoping no one wants to buy it 🤞

Jack_Stroud_Bass
Absolutely stunning. I've been in love with the idea of the Modulus ever since "Off The Map". Wal and Modulus are both bucket list basses for me. In the best possible sense, hope nobody buys them!

jonno1981
Amazing trio! I’d pick up the walnut wal 4 first, then the modulus, then the other wal4. As contemporary basses go, I think all three are as solid investments as you can get at the moment. I’m very jealous!
