What's the best free, simple online shared calendar for gig planning?

 

Ideally, something that works on a PC and on an android app and that I can copy and past or drag items from it into Outlook and vice versa?

In one band we use a Google Calendar. Fairly straightforward, and can be synced easily. In another, we use a Google sheets spreadsheet setup by month - you fill in availability etc. Finally, the orchestra I play in uses an app called Spond, which syncs with your device calendar and can send out notifications and request attendance/availability etc. I’ve only used it client side, rather than admin side, but seems to work well so far.

My one uni’s music dept uses Slack. It works OK, you can message one another, set calendars, share files etc.

We used the free version of TeamUp, which also has Android and IOS apps.

 

Seemed to work pretty well.

We used Band Mule for while, things haven’t ramped up enough for us to need anything other than WhatsApp for now.

Time tree is a good one. So is Family Calendar. Both are apps that work on Android and Apple. My band uses an Apple Calendar and it means I can't access it on my android phone, which is annoying.
