Epiphone Dot 335 with Hardcase. Cheap at £150 but with a Reason! - *SOLD* £150 Wickford, Essex

Hi all,

 

I recently acquired this Epiphone Dot 335 guitar with the intent on refinishing it as the previous owner attempted their own refinish in Pelham Blue but didn't exactly do a professional job! You can see that they masked off the binding and sprayed it - from a distance it looks fine but up close it is a bit of a shonky job! The original colour was tobacco burst, I suspect this is intact under the re-spray, so if you have a clever way to remove the 'Pelham Blue' then it'll be back to the way it was.

 

It's missing one knob (I think I have a spare, if I can find it I shall include it), it all works fine (one pot is a little scratchy but I can probably mostly get rid of this) and has nice low action.

 

All in, £150 seems cheap enough given it has a hardcase too. I can post for an extra £15.
