bubinga5 Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 (edited) Hey I'm just here to push new music. I blame my sister with her amazing musical taste. Everything played by Otis Mcdonald. Edited June 11, 2022 by bubinga5 1 Quote
musicbassman Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 I was trying to work out the time sig - it's the off time snare beats which were confusing, but I reckon it's just a straight 4/4 ...... Other opinions might be available. 1 Quote

Other opinions might be available. I'd say that there were at least two (3/4 arpeggio, 4/4 drums...), with glitches and odd bars thrown in. It's an easy enough mistake to make; the fellow just turned two pages of the songbook that were stuck together. I'll not be keeping it for my car radio, nor recommend it for our band to adopt. 'We Made It'..? Not much to be proud of, in my view (YMMV, naturally...). Quote
MacDaddy Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 I remember years ago on Basschat, when a member posted his sister singing with her band. It was pre-famous Ellie Goulding. Quote

By which I mean, to my ear the timing is all over the place. Which might be really clever, as I am assured, is jazz. But my brain just can't process it. To me it just sounds wrong. Maybe I'm just a heathen. 😆 Quote
