I've just been offerd this wal for £1800 but i think it's a scam so if you see it advertised be carefull!!

He will only post it once you have sent the money to him, he will not allow you to collect it or even come to see & inspect it first, when i asked for his phone number (a land line) that was the last i heard from him,
It just seems really dodgey to me

Best to steer clear on that one!...who in there right mind is gonna part with £1800 for a bass they havent even seen/played?.....MAD!....Sounds more like he doesnt want to sell it!.

Guess I would feel the same as you, sounds v suspect. Like you say it is a shame and it does look so good. Maybe he will change his mind if he gets no joy with his current stipulations.

Well, I was once that stupid... costed me 1800 euros on a fake Wal in Dundee. Learned my lesson the hard way.
