Yes the neck is quarter sawn.

You can see it’s quarter sawn from the grain on the back of the headstock. Just like my CS64 Jazz.

Keep coming back to look at this lovely bass! are you able to describe how low an action you are able to get and does the neck have a sim at all? Cheers

Hi Alanbass,

The action is quite low , just right in my opinion with no buzzing anywhere , it probably could go a touch lower if you fancied that ,but never felt the need to. 

And there are no shims (i think that's what you meant to ask?) and being a quarter sawn neck it doesn't seem to move through the seasons like some necks do and i''ve not needed to adjust it since i first bought it.
