Aero
Just took delivery of my Eden WT800C head to complete my rig. (It replaces the H&K BassBase 600) Simply Awsome. 100% clarity. When set to neutral, you really get to hear the sound of your bass. But if you want coloration the 'Enhance' knob and EQ section gives you instantly useable variation. For most gigsI'll only need the top cab but there are a few outdoor gigs coming up. Hardest choice will be what bass to play with it. Currently its the Stingray 4 but the Squire Jazz 5 Deluxe gets used almost as much. Looking forward to the guitarist telling me to turn the volume down a bit. Nice rig mate, looks suitably loud . What kind of music will you be using it for?

Seriously though, I've had the cabs a couple of years but never had the dough to buy the head. I do feel I am finally in control of my sound, at any volume. All I'll say is try one. You will instantly know if you like it or not. Cheers Fran

Hamster
I must admit I do like those Eden heads - such a powerful EQ section.

I've also recorded with Eden heads on two occasions. Head, DI'd into the desk. You get an instant great tone with no messing. Sound engineers loved it. So it will get used on all sorts of music. Perhaps one downer was that the first unit I received had to be replaced. A factory mod had not been carried out before shipping from the States and I had to get a replacement. (Quality Control???) . However its built like a tank and has a good reliability record. Cheers Fran
