I have a account but forgot the password and now my account appears to be locked. I have requested to re-set the password in order to reactivate my account but nobody has got in touch with me. A seller is trying to contact me to sell an instrument. Please can you assist.

I just tried to sign in but it wasn't accepting my log-in details. I selected the 'forgotten password' button but I never received the email with instructions to reset my password. I have now had to create a second account which I don't want because I still can't access the email from the seller who is trying to contact me. I would like to retain my original account. My display name is Mr Stojan Vukic. The email account is [email protected].

You might be better sending a PM to the admin Woodinblack as above ( click on their name) and deleting your personal details in the post above. We are all nice people but you may not wish to leave your personal details for all to see....!
